Calendar month versus four weeks
The rental examples use recurring 28-day periods. That means a rental can renew before the same date in the following calendar month. Have the invoice show the next renewal date and the extension rate.

Make weekly service explicit
List pumping, interior cleaning, toilet paper, deodorizer, and any sink supplies in the agreement. Ask for extra service when workforce size or use increases.
Keep access workable in winter
Lake-effect snow can obstruct Lake County service routes. Agree snow clearance and freeze protection for the assigned model; avoid placing snow piles in the driver’s access path.
Call to end the rental
Request pickup directly and record the confirmed off-hire date. Rental examples show that equipment is not automatically collected at the end of a project estimate.
