What the quote form collects

The form asks for your name, phone, email, rental location, ZIP code, dates, equipment, quantity, and optional guest or worker count and notes. It also records your consent to be contacted about the request. Do not include payment-card information or sensitive personal details.

Why the information is used

Your information supports responding to the rental inquiry, checking the requested location and dates, preparing a quote, and coordinating the rental if you proceed. The form does not enroll you in a marketing list or process payments.

How the form is delivered

When you submit, your entries go to Web3Forms for delivery to the recipient configured for NovaSani’s form. Hosting and form-service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs. Read Web3Forms’ privacy notice for its processing practices.

Calculators and maps

The planner calculates in your browser and does not send a quote by itself. Form fields filled from the planner appear in the URL as nonsensitive rental parameters. The map loads from Google only when you choose “Show location map.” Opening the map or external social links makes a connection to that provider.

Cookies, storage and fonts

This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and does not save quote details in browser storage. Google Fonts is used for typography, which makes a request to Google’s font service. Hosting, authentication, form delivery, or an optional embedded map may use their own technical logs or cookies.
